THE ACADEMY HOUSE is a 4 bedroom, 1 bath newly remodeled cabin, near Trail #1. Huge family room with leather couch and futon, front porch and driveway/parking. 50″ HD Flat TV, DVD & Satellite TV. There is a full sized, fully-equipped kitchen featuring microwave, stove and coffeemaker. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, bedroom 3&4 each have 2 twin beds. Sleeps 8 with an additional fee ($25.00 per night per extra person) up to 10. For your enjoyment this cabin offers a large covered front porch and a fire pit is located just outside of the cabin. There is a $95 cleaning fee per stay. There is a $225 security deposit that will be held on your credit card pending determination that upon departure the renter has left the cabin in the same condition as it was upon arrival, it will be released within a couple days of your departure.
